Grand Ave. Reentry Services
Phoenix Oasis is a nonprofit organization. Our main purpose is to provide you with the support services needed to have a successful reentry back into society. Once you decide to come to Phoenix Oasis, you will be assigned a case manager. The adjustment of returning back to society can be pretty intense at most. Many are faced with challenging situations. For a successful reentry, history shows it’s important to develop a well-thought-out strategy and plan so that you can be well-prepared for any difficult circumstances that you may encounter. Using a specialized assessment, your case manager will implement a comprehensive individualized reentry plan specifically designed for you. Below are some of the support services you will receive at the Phoenix Oasis Grand Avenue location.
HOUSING: SINGLE ROOM/UNIT
To help support your reentry adjustment there will be 60 private studio-type units available to live in along with 60 two-person studio-type units. Coming out of prison and getting your life back together takes a lot of focus and concentration. Doubling up with another person can sometimes interfere with that needed focus for your transition. Incentive Single Room Unit: Single-man units are available as an incentive to clients who are program compliant, current with program fees, have secured/maintained employment, and have negative UAs. These rooms will be available at no additional cost as an incentive for those who meet the criteria and are available at the program director's discretion.

However, thereafter program fees will be $20 per day, $140 per week.
MAT PROGRAM SERVICES:
Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is the use of medications in combination with counseling and behavioral therapies for the treatment of substance use disorders. For those with an opioid use disorder (OUD), medication addresses the physical difficulties that one experiences when one stops taking opioids. Our Physicians and counselors will specifically tailor a MAT services treatment plan for you. The medication relieves withdrawal symptoms while counseling promotes positive behavior and lifestyle change. When the cravings and withdrawal symptoms stop, people who are struggling with addiction have time to focus on long-term goals, remission, and recovery.
